Steven Horvitz represents major cable companies and small independent cable operations in a wide variety of matters before the FCC and other regulatory bodies. He counsels clients on compliance, evolving business operations, and programming issues, and has adjudicated a large number of rate-related and signal-carriage cases at the FCC. Steve also assists cable clients in copyright matters, including litigation involving Section 111 of the Copyright Act.
