Steve Greenwald’s practice has focused for more than 30 years on energy transactional, regulatory, and dispute resolution matters at the state and federal levels. He assists clients with debt and equity financing, acquisitions, power purchase and sale agreements, obtaining regulatory approval for power purchases, and utility rate and certificate proceedings. Steve's clients include geothermal, biomass, wind, solar and natural gas power projects and financing parties; regulated electric utilities and oil pipeline companies; independent power producers; large electric consumers; and power marketers.

Steve is a frequent speaker and commentator on alternative energy development and other energy business topics.
