| Terry Cavanaugh represents telecommunications and new technology clients before the Federal Communications Commission, state public utility commissions, and local governments, with an emphasis on representing wireless service providers. Terry's practice encompasses all aspects of federal telecommunications policy, regulation and licensing, with a special focus on issues impacting the development and deployment of wireless technologies. She helps clients identify and assess business opportunities arising from industry advances and new regulatory policies. Selected Experience Wireless and telecommunications carriers Ongoing Counsels clients on compliance and business issues surrounding launch of new wireless business and technologies such as WiMAX, WiFi, 2.5 GHz wireless broadband, wireless backhaul, DAS networks and unlicensed networks. Wireless and telecommunications carriers Ongoing Regularly obtains FCC approval for wide variety and size of licensing, leasing and transactional matters in many wireless and telecommunications services. Wireless and telecommunications carriers Ongoing Negotiating agreements focusing on special concerns of wireless and telecommunications carriers. Wireless and telecommunications carriers Ongoing Counsels clients on compliance with FCC regulatory requirements such as E911, CALEA, CPNI, NEPA, Hearing Aid Compatibility, Do-Not-Call, and ETC Status; handles associated enforcement issues.
