| Tom Schroeder represents tax-exempt organizations. His experience includes advising public charities and private foundations, trade associations and other organizations on a variety of issues, including: entity formation and dissolution, restructurings, corporate governance, qualification for tax-exempt status, intermediate sanctions, executive compensation, tax-exempt bond financings, unrelated business income tax, compliance with private foundation rules, and U.S. and foreign grantmaking and scholarship procedures.
