| Tom Hillier focuses his practice on transactional real estate and has extensive experience representing parties in the acquisition or disposition of real property. His clients include both landlords and tenants in commercial leases; lenders and borrowers in real estate financing; and investors involved in tax deferred exchanges, including tenant-in-common transactions and other forms of real estate securities offerings. Tom also regularly advises clients on construction lien matters.

American Pacific International Capital, Inc. 2009 Represented American Pacific International Capital, Inc., in the purchase of KOIN Center, a 34-story mixed-use facility, with 19 stories of office and retail space and 15 stories of luxury condominiums in downtown Portland, Ore. PPR Washington Square LLC/Pacific Premier Retail Trust 2008 Represented borrower and guarantor in reviewing loan documents and rendering enforcability opinion on the refinance of the Washington Square Mall. Judkins Nursery, Inc. 2006 Acquisition of Thompson & Walters Nursery. Pacific Bells Inc. 2005 Represented seller in sale and leaseback of 37 Taco Bell sites in the Midwest and Northwest.
