Victoria Ding focuses on corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions and foreign direct investment matters. She has extensive experience advising retailers, real estate developers, real estate investors, and financial institutions on their property-related investments in China. Prior to joining Davis Wright Tremaine, Victoria worked for other major international law firms.

Advised a U.S. new energy company in its joint venture with a collectively-owned chemical company and equity acquisition of a hazardous chemicals trading company in Shandong. (2009)
