Clark Stanton focuses his practice in health law, representing hospitals, medical staffs and health care providers and organizations. He advises on operational and regulatory matters, including patient treatment matters, medical confidentiality/HIPAA, and e-commerce issues. Clark counsels his clients on a variety of credentialing and peer review matters, ranging from investigations and hearings to assistance with medical staff and other peer review organizational issues, including review and revision of medical staff bylaws and rules/regulations. He has served as a hearing officer in medical staff hearings. Clark also handles matters related to health records privacy and security issues, counseling clients on disclosure and remediation issues and working with them on OIG investigations and government agency access issues.
