Xiangjun (Jay) Si helps multinational clients acquire Chinese companies and make direct investments in China. He also consults with clients who are liquidating foreign invested enterprises. Jay has helped multinational clients lease both factory and office space and has helped close representative offices. He has advised clients on intellectual property, employment, taxes and trade regulations.
