Carol Noonan assists clients in a broad range of employment and general litigation matters in federal and state courts, arbitration and administrative hearings. She defends employers against discrimination, wage and hour, and wrongful discharge claims, among others. Carol counsels clients in all types of employment matters and litigation avoidance, and provides manager, human resources and employee training. She also specializes in drafting and reviewing employment-related agreements and policies.
