Chuck Maduell advises and represents property owners, businesses, and developers on all aspects of real property development and litigation in Washington, from securing land use approvals and entitlements at the administrative level to challenging or defending state and local government land use decisions in state and federal court. Representative issues and projects include Growth Management Act compliance, zoning, shoreline and wetland regulation, and SEPA compliance for a wide variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including residential subdivisions, business parks, hospitals, telecommunication facilities, continuing care communities, and retail commercial centers and stores.

Chuck has more than 20 years' experience representing clients before state and local administrative agencies and hearing officers, Growth Management Hearings Boards, the Shorelines Hearings Board, and in state and federal courts, and is a frequent speaker on land use law and litigation.
