Eugene Grant is experienced in all aspects of real estate transactions and land use entitlement work on all types and sizes of properties, including residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, medical, energy, and municipal projects. Having served six years as planning commission chair and eight years as mayor of Happy Valley, Ore., he has a unique appreciation and understanding of public sector decision making.

Real estate transaction for Key Government Finance Inc.

Special counsel to Key Government Finance to create and document complex financing involving both HUD and municipal bonds, and interim ground leases converting to condominium ownership for separate mental health agency offices and a residential mental health treatment facility. (2010)

Renovation and conversion for real estate investment firm

$23,000,000 historic renovation and conversion of 100,000 square foot cereal mill to office building at Olympic Mills Commerce Center. Restructure capitalization including new market and historic tax credits. (2010)

Ground lease for national lender
