Regular representation of Crowley Petroleum Distribution, Inc., a major bulk fuel supplier, in numerous commercial collection actions. (2010-2013)

Litigation matters for ALSCO, Inc.

Regular representation of ALSCO, Inc., a national textiles services provider, in numerous commercial collection actions. (2011-2013)

Corporate defense for national bank

Successfully defended national bank in breach of contract action brought by multiple plaintiffs. Secured dismissal of plaintiffs' first complaint and subsequently settled all claims on terms favorable to client. (2011-2012)

MV Sales and Leasing v. Forsythe Transportation

Assisted in successfully defending against multi-million dollar replevin action in commercial litigation, securing order after hearing denying relief and settling case on favorable terms for client. (Alaska Super. Ct. 2011)

Representation of telecommunications provider

Represent national telecommunications provider in proceedings before California Public Utilities Commission. (Ongoing)

Representation of Qualis Health

Represent Qualis Health's medical professionals who testify in administrative appeals relating to Medicaid waiver services decisions. (2012-2013)

Administrative appeal for wireless services provider

Represented national wireless services provider in administrative appeal of local government denial of nonconforming land use application. Successfully obtained reversal of decision on appeal, permitting provider to proceed under its application. (2013)

Employment Litigation

Joe Miller v. Fairbanks North Star Borough

Second chaired representing the Fairbanks North Star Borough in litigation filed by failed 2010 U.S. Senate candidate Joe Miller alleging privacy infringement and related claims for alleged disclosure of his personnel file to the media. Successfully defended the case, with claims alleging damages exceeding $200,000 being settled for $5,000 and an offer of judgment disclaiming fault. (2012)

Kuzniecow v. Blue ACE d/b/a Blue North Fisheries

Successfully defended employment discrimination complaint alleging age discrimination, securing dismissal of complaint. (Alaska St. Comm. For Human Rights Admin. Proceeding 2012)
