Geoffrey Brounell litigates on behalf of individuals, small companies, and global corporations in courts across the United States. His practice spans state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate level.

Geoffrey also maintains an active pro bono practice, for which he has won multiple awards. He has been a member of the firm's pro bono committee since 2019.

Outside litigation counsel for clients both nationally and regionally, defending a range of entertainment, consumer, commercial, and intellectual property disputes.

Plaintiff-side litigation

Prosecutes high-stakes cases on behalf of plaintiffs nationwide, in lawsuits against corporations and government entities.

Media and entertainment

Represents media and entertainment companies in both defense and prosecution of an assortment of class action, commercial, contractual, and other claims.
