Glory Francke

Glory Francke, CIPP/US and CIPP/E, is a high-energy international attorney dedicated to problem-solving and customer service. She provides regulatory and transactional support to the data privacy, energy, and environmental teams including:
  • Serving as U.S. and international counsel on privacy and data security for multinational technology companies, including preparing for the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), obtaining Privacy Shield certification, and strategic advice on the proposed EU E-Privacy Regulation
  • Providing transactional support for major utility purchases and divestments
  • Preparing, negotiating, and finalizing leasing and consulting agreements
  • Advising on corporate responsibility matters (social and environmental) at state, federal, and international levels
  • Counseling on environmental due diligence

Glory’s career goals are to drive business growth, provide top-notch legal work, and have fun along the way. Glory’s personal goals include launching her three children, mastering mise-en-place cooking, and backpacking the Cascade Range’s Enchantments.
