Glory Francke

Glory Francke, CIPP/US and CIPP/E, is a U.S.- and EU-qualified attorney dedicated to problem-solving and customer service. She counsels data-driven businesses on their use of personal data/personally identifiable information (PII) and the following issues:
  • Compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • International data transfers including Privacy Shield certification, model transfer terms, and private contracts
  • Strategic advice on the proposed EU E-Privacy Regulation
  • Global data localization requirements
  • The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Rules and 42 CFR Part 2, the Substance Abuse Confidentiality Regulations
  • Privacy policies and data management agreements

  • Security incidents/data breaches

  • Advising on corporate responsibility matters (social and environmental) at state, federal, and international levels

Glory also has deep experience in European environmental and energy regulations. In her previous roles, she advised multinational companies on complex European regulations including the REACH, RoHS, WEEE Regulations and the EU Emissions Trading System (ETS).

Glory’s career goals are to drive business growth, provide top-notch legal work, and have fun along the way. Glory’s personal goals include rafting the Grand Canyon with her family, mastering mise-en-place cooking, and skiing with the penguins in Antarctica.
