Glory Francke

Glory Francke is an American and European energy and environmental lawyer. She counsels clients on compliance, permitting, litigation, and regulatory matters under state and federal law including the Washington State Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), Clean Water Act (CWA), and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA or Superfund).

Glory’s European practice focuses on product regulations, such as REACH, RoHS, WEEE, batteries and packaging, as well as sustainability and climate change issues, including mandatory social and environmental reporting, green public procurement, and the EU’s inclusion of airlines into the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS). Glory also works with clients to demystify EU legal jargon and procedures, enabling clients to decide if, when, and how to be involved in EU decision-making.
