Michael Caughey’s business transactions and securities practice includes: representing public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures; representing borrowers in negotiating and documenting complex secured and unsecured credit transactions; representing developers and project managers for various renewable energy projects; and representing public companies in securities registrations, tender offers and 1934 Act reporting. Michael also advises clients on corporate governance matters, equipment and real property acquisitions, and technology transfer and licensing matters.
