Michael J. Corl

Mike Corl concentrates on transactional real estate matters, working frequently with communications clients. He advises clients on commercial real estate transactions, including retail, office and telecommunications infrastructure. Mike regularly negotiates and prepares site leases, master agreements, collocation agreements, franchise and right of way agreements, assignments, easements and other real estate documents, and helps clients with title and survey review and analysis, resolution of claims related to contract disputes including landlord/tenant and access rights, and other real property issues.
