Nancy B. Miller

Nancy Miller focuses on government finance, corporate finance, and commercial law. She has substantial experience in tax-exempt conduit financings, including small-issuer manufacturing and 501(c)(3) nonprofit financings. These financings have been in multiple states and have involved equipment, improvements and real property, including transactions with complex construction management. Nancy also counsels lenders and borrowers with respect to preparing commercial loan documents for various secured and unsecured lending transactions. Nancy also has experience assisting clients with entity formation, contract drafting and review, and corporate governance matters.
