| Nicholas Kampars is a litigator focusing on employment and commercial disputes. He represents clients in securities and contract litigation in state and federal courts. He also defends employers in harassment and discrimination matters both in court and before administrative agencies. Having represented clients in four jury trials and two bench trials, Nick has developed significant trial experience. Selected Experience Represented defendant Pacific Northwest Title against claims under Oregon Securities Act and for aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and breach of contract. Obtained jury verdict in favor of Pacific Northwest Title after two-week trial. Defended Pointil Systems against claims of employment discrimination. Obtained summary judgment on all claims. (2011) Defended claims for assault, conversion, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Prevailed on motion to dismiss. (2010) Defended Yellow Book against claims of employment discrimination. Obtained summary judgment on all claims. (2008) Successfully achieved dismissal of employment discrimination claims. (D.
