| Nicholas Kampars is a litigator focusing on employment and commercial disputes. He defends employers in wrongful termination, harassment and discrimination matters. Nick has also represented employers against whistleblower complaints in Oregon state courts and before the Department of Labor. In addition, Nick has represented clients in securities and contract litigation in state and federal courts. Selected Experience Pacific Northwest Title of Oregon Ongoing Represent defendant Pacific Northwest Title against claims under Oregon Securities Act and for aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and breach of contract.
