Nicholas Kampars is a litigator focusing on employment and commercial disputes. He represents clients in securities and contract litigation in state and federal courts. Defended Pacific Northwest Title against claims under Oregon Securities Act and for allegedly aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and breach of contract. Obtained jury verdict in favor of Pacific Northwest Title after two-week trial. (Multnomah Cnty. (Or.) 2009)

Iqbal v. Pointil Systems, Inc.

Defended Pointil Systems against claims of employment discrimination. Obtained summary judgment on all claims. (2011)

Mosleh v. Whole Foods Market

Defended claims for assault, conversion, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Prevailed on motion to dismiss. (2010)

Mathieson v. Yellow Book

Defended Yellow Book against claims of employment discrimination. Obtained summary judgment on all claims. (2008)

Morgan v. Pitney Bowes
