Defended Pointil Systems against claims of employment discrimination. Obtained summary judgment on all claims. (Multnomah Cnty. (Or.) 2011)

Mosleh v. Whole Foods Market

Defended claims of assault, conversion, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Prevailed on motion to dismiss. (D. Or. 2010)

Amerivest Financial, LLC v. Pacific Northwest Title and Escrow Company, et al.

Defended Pacific Northwest Title against claims under Oregon Securities Act and for allegedly aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and breach of contract. Obtained jury verdict in favor of Pacific Northwest Title after two-week trial. (Multnomah Cnty. (Or.) 2009); affirmed on appeal, Case No. A144457 (June 4, 2014).

J.E. Dunn Northwest, Inc. v. Salpare Bay, LLC, et al.

Successfully represented construction lien claimant in two week trial. (Multnomah Cnty. (Or.) 2008)

Mathieson v. Yellow Book

Defended Yellow Book against claims of employment discrimination. Obtained summary judgment on all claims. (D. Or. 2008)

Morgan v. Pitney Bowes

Successfully achieved dismissal of employment discrimination claims. (D. Or. 2007)
