Randall ("Randy") Lowe

LoweRandall ("Randy")
For more than 35 years, Randy has focused on communications networks, services and equipment providing advice and counsel on governance, transactional, regulatory and legislative matters. Randy was with AT&T in Washington, D.C. and New York City. He later joined ITT representing its communications subsidiaries, including one of the first long distance telephone companies in the United States. Prior to becoming a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine, Randy was the Executive Vice-President and Chief Legal Officer of Prism Communications and a member of its Office of the President, which was charged with implementing the design, construction and operation of a nationwide, integrated voice and broadband data network. Randy received his J.D. degree from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis and his bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island.
