Randall B. Lowe

For more than 30 years, Randy has advised and worked with for profit and non-profit corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and joint ventures on governance, transactional, regulatory and legislative matters ranging from drafting and negotiating vendor agreements to mergers and acquisitions.

During his career, Randy was with AT&T in Washington, D.C. and New York City. He later joined ITT where he represented its domestic and foreign subsidiaries, including one of the first competitive long distance telephone companies in the United States. Prior to joining Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, Randy was the Executive Vice-President and Chief Legal Officer of Prism Communications, Inc. and a member of its Office of the President, where he was charged with implementing the design, construction and operation of a nationwide, integrated voice and broadband data network.
