Bill Weigand provides strategic counsel to businesses, particularly in the food, agribusiness, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Many of Bill’s clients are multi-generational, family-owned businesses. He takes the time to learn the nuances of each client's business and tailors his advice accordingly. Half of Bill's practice consists of advising companies in merger, acquisition, and joint venture transactions; the other half is focused on serving as outside general counsel for companies throughout the West Coast. Bill regularly counsels businesses on entity formation, debt and equity financings and restructures, sourcing and distribution methods, complex contracts, and other opportunities facing his clients.
Bill leads the firm's supply chain counseling group, a multidisciplinary team of lawyers focused on helping businesses get goods and services to market.
