Weldon

Senior Partner, is the Chair of the Corporate Diversity Counseling Group. He advises CEOs and General Counsel of several Fortune 200 companies, as well as major minority businesses, municipalities, and government entities in a variety of practice areas, including corporate diversity counseling, employment law, corporate law, and government relations. DiversityInc magazine described Mr. Latham as “The Brains Behind Diversity Crisis Management.” Additionally, he organizes and directs confidential legal vulnerability assessments, develops comprehensive diversity action plans, and devises targeted strategies for minimizing legal liability, enhancing corporate diversity programs, performance, and profile, and accessing the economic benefits and potential associated with a diverse workforce and supplier base. R. Hatcher,
Partner, provides diversity counseling and crisis management services to Fortune 500 companies seeking to enhance their diversity performance and public profile. He counsels clients regarding workforce diversity issues including compliance with Federal mandates and responding to investigations and audits by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Ms. Russell regularly defends employers against claims of discrimination, failure to pay wages, and other violations of employment laws at both the agency and court level. She conducts training seminars for managers and employees on subjects of diversity, wage and hour, leave laws, unlawful discrimination and harassment, leadership, performance management, and working with injured or disabled employees. Ms. Russell advises corporate clients on strategic public relations and crafts crisis management strategies to enhance brand reputation during significant business challenges, as well as assisting in developing and maintaining strong community relationships with prominent civil rights leaders, public officials, and female opinion leaders. Boris Gaviria,

Salle E. Yoo,
Associate, is a general commercial litigator who has worked with Davis Wright Tremaine's Corporate Diversity Counseling Group. Ms. Yoo has represented numerous clients in healthcare, employment and intellectual property matters in State and Federal courts and in mediation, arbitration and settlement negotiations. She has extensive experience in investigating claims, interviewing and deposing witnesses, pleadings and motion practice, negotiating and drafting various agreements resolving disputes and presenting witnesses and arguments at trial. Ms. Yoo is a member of the State Bar of California. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Central Districts of California; the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Yoo is the current president of the Korean American Chamber of Commerce of the North Pacific Coast, past-president and current board member of the Korean American Bar Association of Northern California and has served as a member of the Citizen's Advisory Committee for the SF Redevelopment Authority. Ms. Yoo received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She earned a B.A in Government, with honors, from Scripps College.
