- Transaction of the first direct access purchases of power supplies in Oregon on behalf of industrial customers served by Portland General Electric Co.
- Negotiation of partial-requirements power purchase contracts and associated wheeling contracts, enabling publicly-owned utilities to cease purchasing their entire wholesale requirements from Bonneville Power Administration.
- Negotiation of scheduling/brokerage contracts to enable utility to reduce its power-supply costs.
- Representation of the purchaser of a gas marketing company.
- Providing Public Utility Holding Company Act advice to an investment company investing in public utility companies.
- Representation of California municipal utility in obtaining rights to sell power in investor-owned utility’s service territory.
