Equipment Financing and Leasing:
Over the past several years DWT has acted as lead counsel for banks, commercial lenders and other financial services in connection with many loans secured by equipment, including vessels, railcars, locomotives, aircraft, truck fleets and other equipment. We have also represented banks, commercial lessors and other financial services in connection with many equipment leasing transactions involving many types of equipment, including U.S. documented vessels, foreign registered vessels, railcars, aircraft, rolling stock and other equipment. We have assisted clients in equipment leasing and financing transaction for equipment located throughout the United States and non-U.S. jurisdictions.

DWT has extensive experience in representing the equity and debt participants in leveraged leases, synthetic leases and finance leases of heavy equipment including vessels, railroad locomotives and rolling stock, cargo containers and aircraft. We represent lessors throughout the U.S. in transactions involving the lease or secured financing of aircraft, vessels and railcars.

DWT represents Key Equipment Finance on a national basis. This representation includes development and updating of aircraft and vessel financing and leasing documentation, capital markets buy and sell syndication transactions and related assignment documentation, due diligence and foreign documentation review in portfolio and single asset acquisition and sale transactions.
