Gaming and Tribal Lending:
Over the past several years DWT has acted as lead counsel for banks and commercial lenders in connection with loans to Indian tribes for casino development and expansion. Related financing for Indian tribes has included hotel, resort and conference center construction projects secured by buildings located on tribal trust lands. We have also represented banks and Indian tribes in financing of casino and tribal gaming operations secured by gaming equipment, net win revenues and land leases. Transactions have included letter of credit facilities, construction financing, long term financing, and working capital and derivatives facilities.
