Davis Wright Tremaine's multi-office health care finance working group provides a broad range of legal services in connection with capital formation by health care payers and providers, including multi-institutional systems, proprietary medical management companies, ancillary service enterprises and medical and biotechnology companies. The firm's health care finance services include advising on the private placement and public offering of securities and all forms of debt financing.
