Health Care Legislation and Regulation

In the firm's representation of health care trade associations and individual clients, the firm actively monitors both state and federal health care reform legislation and regulations and counsels clients with respect to both compliance issues and strategic planning decisions affected by new or proposed legislation. The firm assists clients in obtaining both legislative and administrative solutions to their business problems. The Health Law Group regularly publishes a Health Law Advisory Bulletin for its clients to provide information on important new legislative developments affecting the health care industry.
