OIG Compliance Programs
DWT has developed these resources, in an easy-to-use format, to
assist Compliance Officers and other persons in implementing part
of the OIG's recommendation to develop compliance materials from
publicly available resources. Both the model plan for hospitals
and for small group practices have been annotated with links to
every statute, regulation, case or government report that the
OIG has cited in support of its recommendations.
