Seattle Children's Hospital and Research Institute

Davis Wright Tremaine has provided land use and real estate expertise to Seattle Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center for almost 20 years, keeping pace as their medical and research mission has evolved. Working closely with the project team at Children's, our land use, real estate and environmental lawyers recently helped in the acquisition of a two-block site in the heart of downtown Seattle for their new Research Center.

The Research Center will open doors to new pediatric cures and treatment. We're honored to play a role in that process.
