Our equipment finance and leasing team has substantial experience representing bank and non-bank financial institution lessors and secured lenders in U.S. and cross-border equipment financing transactions. Our experience includes:

  • Rail: represent lessors and secured lenders in financing of passenger and freight cars and locomotives operating in the U.S. and Canada
  • Vessels: represent owner/lessors and secured parties in financing U.S. and foreign freight ships, barges, tow vessels, tankers, passenger ferries, cruise ships, fishing vessels, support vessels and yachts
