DWT associate salaries and bonuses are competitive with other leading firms. Please see our NALP forms for current starting salary information.

We provide and contribute to standard benefits and offer medical, dental and vision insurance to attorneys and staff as well as to their spouses or domestic partners and children. We also offer paid vacation, parental leave and sabbatical leave, a 401(k) plan, a flexible benefits plan, life insurance and long-term disability insurance to attorneys and staff.

DWT covers moving expenses for newly-hired attorneys, including travel for immediate family. Moving allowance information should be obtained from the recruiting administrator for the office in question. For first-year associates, we pay for bar exam and review course fees and provide a bar-study stipend.

Associate bonuses are based on several factors, including performance above and beyond expectations. Associates are also expected to contribute significant hours to non-billable matters, such as practice development, firm committees, bar associations and CLE activities.
