We offer formal mentoring programs on an office and practice group basis to assist in a more comfortable transition to the firm for our new lawyers and on an ongoing basis depending on individual preferences. In fact, we have a dedicated partner to assist lawyers at any stage of their career with marketing and professional development. Many of our lawyers recognize that they often enjoy informal mentoring relationships with other lawyers who guide them in practice development, client interactions and even personal matters.
