Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks an attorney with 4-7 years experience in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and securities compliance and transactions for its Portland office. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, writing skills and references. Candidate should have experience in second chair responsibilities in large corporate transactions and first chair responsibilities in mid to smaller size transactions.
