Are you a service oriented individual who enjoys variety in your job? This part time position may be for you. Responsibilities include stocking supplies, general reception duties, answering a multiple line phone system, and assisting with a variety of general office duties.
Candidate will have excellent communication skills, previous experience with multi-line phones and be familiar with Microsoft Outlook & Word. The work schedule is 2:30pm to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday.

SUMMARY: Provides coverage as needed in all areas of support services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following;

Provides coverage in all areas of support services by :
- Keeping an inventory, restocking and cleaning supply rooms.
- Answering AT&T multiple line system and taking messages.
- Greeting and directing visitors to the firm.
- Picking up and sending faxes in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assisting with general housekeeping duties (such as installing light bulbs, cleaning coffee pots, picking up after meetings, moving bookshelves) when necessary.
- Sorting and delivering mail.
- Providing knowledgeable and accurate assistance with photocopy requests.
QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to read and write English.

Ability to understand and follow work directions.

Good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

General office background, preferably in a law office.

Ability to pay close attention to detail and be highly organized and accurate.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain effective working relationships and communicate both orally and in writing in a professional, courteous manner with clients, firm members, and other business contacts.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, service environment.

High school diploma or GED Certification.
