FEBRUARY 25, 2019 – Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has selected Zana Bugaighis, a Seattle partner in our litigation practice group, as the firm’s Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow for 2019. Timothy Han, an associate in the technology practice group in Seattle and Diana Palacios, an associate in the media and First Amendment practice group in Los Angeles, have been selected as the firm’s 2019 LCLD Pathfinders.

The goal of the LCLD Fellows Program is to produce a generation of attorneys with strong leadership and relationship skills who are committed to fostering diversity within their individual institutions and the profession at large. During his or her Fellow year, each honoree participates in a program that includes in-person conferences, training in the fine points of legal practice, peer-group projects to foster collaboration and build relationships, and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership.

The LCLD Pathfinder Program is designed for diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations. The goal is to provide the Pathfinders with practical tools for developing and leveraging professional networks, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies applicable to both in-house and law firm practice.

LCLD is comprised of more than 300 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.
