In listings posted today, U.S. News and Best Lawyers gave DWT a national first-tier ranking in the following areas of the law:

In local rankings, Davis Wright was placed in the first tier in 75 practice areas across seven offices.
The rankings were determined based on surveys of thousands of clients and peer attorneys. Information is also gathered about the number of transactions and/or litigation matters at different dollar levels, as well the significance of legal matters undertaken. All of the data are combined to give an overall score for each firm, and to rank the firms by practice area, both locally and nationally.
This is the fourth year that Best Lawyers has partnered with U.S. News to produce the rankings.
