We are excited to share that the University of Washington (UW) is starting a comprehensive executive certificate program focused on family business stewardship. The inaugural Stewardship for Family Business Enterprise Program begins in the fall of 2022 and will be led by some of the outstanding UW faculty and other experts from the local and global communities.

DWT is excited to extend our experience in this space with content design and by supporting key subject matter experts to be integrated into the program.

The program will include three modules:

  • Module 1: In person at UW, September 19-23, 2022.
  • Module 2: Virtual October-December 2022 (meeting two times per month).
  • Module 3: Virtual March and June 2023 (capstone project check-ins).

Tuition is $15,500, which, in our opinion, is a good deal compared to competing programs. The application deadline is August 1, 2022; completed applications submitted on or before May 1, 2022, will receive a $2,500 early application discount. In addition, if you register three or more participants together, then an additional 15 percent discount is applied to each participant's fees (after any early application discount).

For any questions you may have on this program, please contact Jean Choy or join their mailing list to receive updates.
