On Thursday October 24th, partners Nancy Libin and David Rice will present "Privacy Challenges Associated with Generative AI." This presentation will examine the privacy issues associated with the development and deployment of generative AI (including transparency; secondary use of data; data storage, security, sharing; and bias in data outputs), and consider applicable legal obligations and best practices. They will also discuss how existing and emerging state, federal, and international laws may impact generative AI technology, and identify which industries may be most impacted.
