Please join DWT and the Financial Technology Association for a luncheon and discussion with Chris Mufarrige, Director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection at the Federal Trade Commission. As Director, he oversees the FTC's efforts to protect consumers from deceptive, unfair, and fraudulent practices across the marketplace.

In a moderated chat, Director Mufarrige will share insights on the FTC’s policy and enforcement priorities relating to Fintech and payments, drawing from his extensive experience in consumer protection and financial services.

Prior to serving as Director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection at the FTC, Director Mufarrige served as Chief of Staff and Attorney Adviser to Commissioner Melissa Holyoak, held senior advisory roles at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and taught financial services and consumer protection law at George Mason University.
