In related news, the FCC has announced that comments in response to its proposed Lifeline Biennal Audit Plan are due by December 13, 2013.  Reply comments must be filed by December 30, 2013.

Also, on November 20, 2013, the FCC issued an Erratum to the proposed Lifeline Biennial Audit Plan that included links to the three template spreadsheets used to collect subscriber information:
