Christopher A. Cook

Christopher Cook concentrates his practice on communications and technology law. He counsels telecommunications carriers, cable companies, and VoIP providers on all aspects of communications law and regulation. Chris represents telecommunications industry clients before federal agencies, state public utility commissions, and local governments. He has a strong background in the industry, particularly in broadband policy and infrastructure deployment, having previously worked on the Connect America and Lifeline teams as an Attorney Advisor with the Wireline Competition Bureau at the FCC. Chris is also experienced in a variety of other matters, from mergers and acquisitions to policy, regulatory, and competition matters.
