Conner G. Peretti

Conner’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with particular emphasis on construction law, government contracts, intellectual property, and contract disputes. He represents a diverse array of clients, large and small, from many industries, including construction, technology, online retail, financial services, and health care. Conner has experience representing clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, international and domestic arbitration, and private mediation.

Representing a contractor in dispute concerning payment of mobilization and demobilization costs following termination for convenience. (D. Alaska, 9th Cir. Ongoing)

Appeal of Walsh Group Ventures

Representing construction contractor in appeal before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals following denial of defective design claim. (ASBCA, Ongoing)

SolstenXP Electric & Telecom, LLC v. Marshall’s Electric, Inc.

Prevailed after a two-week trial representing subcontractor unlawfully terminated for default. (Alaska Super. 2015)

Bid protest representation

Represented federal contractor in bid protest action involving multimillion-dollar services procurement. (2017) 

Small business bid protest representation

Represented small business contractor in bid protest of 10-year, multimillion-dollar municipal services procurement. (2017)

Construction delay claim representation

Represented small business in successful appeal of complex construction delay claim before the armed services board of contract appeals. (2016)

Intellectual Property

Microsoft anti-piracy litigation

Representing Microsoft in multiforum copyright, trademark, and consumer protection enforcement actions filed against distributors of counterfeit and otherwise illegally acquired software and software components. (Ongoing)

Verasonics v. Alpinion

Obtained worldwide injunction against marketing and sales of accused ultrasound system and award of $5.6 million in damages, attorney’s fees, and costs in AAA arbitration involving claims for trade secret misappropriation and breach of contract relating to industry-leading research ultrasound technology. (AAA and W.D. Wash. 2017)

Willamette View v. Willamette View Foundation

Represented a continuing care retirement community in trademark infringement and false designation of origin action. (D. Or. 2016)
