Ashlee Aguiar helps companies navigate disputes, both within the company and with third parties. Ashlee focuses not only on solving disputes, but also on how those disputes will impact the company’s bottom line and larger business goals. Her experience includes briefing and arguing cases in state and federal court, and managing cases from initial demand through summary judgment, resolution, and appeal.

Ashlee has experience litigating a broad range of complex litigation matters, including business disputes involving professional negligence, insurance broker negligence, breach of contract, tortious interference, fraud, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of fiduciary duties. Ashlee’s litigation experience also includes representing employers, including executive-level defendants, in navigating restrictive covenant, whistleblower, and retaliation claims. Ashlee also defends publishers and platforms in speech-based torts, including anti-SLAPP motions.
