Brandon Archuleta helps technology clients bridge the gap between law and business by structuring commercial agreements and developing privacy compliance plans that both grow their enterprise and protect their brand. His practice includes drafting and negotiating SaaS, distribution, partnership, e-commerce, and systems integration agreements.
Brandon is experienced with negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and revising master services agreements, master goods agreements, agency agreements, and SaaS in the information technology, packaging, marketing, and general and administrative procurement categories. At his previous firm, Brandon served as primary outside counsel for a health insurance company in dual negotiation of IT systems integration master services agreements and also led the review of an entire e-commerce process for a consumer goods company that included drafting multi-jurisdictional website documents and engagement with vendors.
