Andrew Bond is a corporate attorney with a broad-based securities law practice. He represents clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. He also advises Canadian clients on the listing requirements on the NYSE, NASDAQ, and the platforms operated by the OTC Markets Group.
