Sarah Caruana

Sarah Caruana is a member of the firm's litigation group where she represents clients in complex civil and criminal actions. Sarah helps clients conduct investigations into cybercrime and other threats to intellectual property and digital assets.
Sarah's experience also includes defending and advising clients across a wide range of industries facing multi-jurisdictional criminal and regulatory scrutiny, including by U.S. and foreign regulators. She has represented clients in high-stakes complex commercial litigation from the pleading stage through trial.
Practice Highlights
Investigations and regulatory enforcement
Advocates for clients with global operations in response to domestic and foreign regulators investigating matters pertaining to allegations of money laundering, corruption, fraud, and cyber security violations. Partners with clients on cybercrime and intellectual property investigations and civil and criminal enforcement actions.
Complex commercial litigation
Represents clients in high-stakes litigation through pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial, including FTC merger challenges, antitrust allegations, and securities fraud and class actions.
