Jordan A. Clark
Associate
Jordan concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on noncompete litigation, trade secret disputes, and corporate governance. Jordan served as counsel for Microsoft in numerous lawsuits against cybercriminals and software pirates, including multiple John Doe lawsuits to identify the perpetrators of unlawful activity. Jordan also represented the University of Washington's Center for Human Rights in multiple FOIA actions, including lawsuits which resulted in the disclosure of government documents used in Salvadoran war crimes tribunals.
Before joining DWT, Jordan was an extern for the Honorable William Alsup of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California (San Francisco), and was a paralegal in the Antitrust Division for the United States Department of Justice prior to attending law school at the University of California, Berkeley.
