Heather Coldwell is adept at working with clients to see transactions from conception through closing. Heather’s ability to anticipate and clear minor issues before they are roadblocks allows her clients to focus on their business goals.

Heather focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions and leasing. She frequently works with restaurant and healthcare industry clients on large single and multi-unit acquisition, disposition, and other transactions across the nation. Heather also negotiates leasing agreements for office, warehouse, and other property leases for both landlords and tenants.

Practice Highlights

Flynn restaurant group

Represents Flynn Restaurant Group, the largest restaurant franchisee in the United States in leasing and large multi-unit acquisitions. Advised on the acquisition of hundreds Applebee’s, Taco Bell, and Panera restaurants nationwide. Represented RB American Group, a subsidiary of Flynn Restaurant Group, in its entry into the Arby’s system with the acquisition United States Beef Corporation’s 368-unit portfolio of Arby’s restaurants in six states.

ADT Pizza

Represented ADT Pizza in simultaneous majority equity investment by Bain Capital Credit, credit facility with Wells Fargo, and its entry into the Pizza Hut system with the acquisition of 125 Pizza Hut locations in five states. Advises and represents ADT Pizza in on-going real estate matters, including leasing, acquisition, and disposition.

Leasing for Fortune 50 e-commerce company

Represented international company in warehouse and office leasing in Washington, Texas, Massachusetts, Nevada, Michigan, and California.
