Chris Donati is a member of DWT's New York commercial litigation practice, where he assists clients in achieving optimal litigation outcomes, whether that means aggressive litigation or negotiating a mutually acceptable pre-trial resolution as either plaintiff or defendant. Chris litigates matters of all types, with emphasis on contract and trade secret disputes, and enjoys learning new industries and business practices to better advocate for his clients.
Chris maintains an active pro bono practice focused on securing legal resident status for individuals who entered the country as youths without sufficient family support in their home countries.
Before joining DWT, Chris practiced at a boutique litigation firm where he litigated and arbitrated trade secret and customer complaint disputes for prominent financial services firms.
